New to yoga? This class is a great way to build a foundation for a safe and energizing yoga practice. In this class we fill focus on proper alignment, building core strength and discovering the breath. Sunrise Yoga & Meditation
Begin your morning with this energizing practice. An invigorating flow slowly builds some heat then slows down with some restorative poses that allow time to relax and clear the mind to move forward with your day feeling revitalized and refreshed!
In this energetic Vinyasa style class, the poses link together in a rhythmic flow with the breath, creating fluid movement and body awareness. This class is great for all levels.
Need to slow down a little and take time to appreciate your body’s amazing strength and ability to move? Our slow flow class takes the energetic flowing poses from our Ruby Flow class and slows it down, allowing more time to settle in to poses with proper alignment and breathe in balance between asanas. This class is a great way to re-energize and re-balance!
Counter-balance the fast pace and stress of your day with this deliciously slow and restorative practice lit by candlelight. Begin with a slow flowing vinyasa style practice to energize and uplift your mind and body, followed by gentle restorative poses backlit with the relaxing and soothing glow of candles…a perfect way to end your day and invite restful sleep!
Restorative yoga is the perfect balance of stretching, breathing, and meditating that will unwind stress and balance energy. In this class we use props to support our bodies as we hold gentle poses that restore and heal. This class is perfect for EVERY body shape and size and level of experience as well as those recovering from illness or injury who would like to restore movement and flexibility.
Yoga for Stiffer Bodies
This class is for anyone wanting to slow down and focus on building or regaining strength and stability to work up to opening and stretching poses. Props are often utilized to support and create comfortable ways to explore each new movement and asana. We will focus on core engagement and proper alignment to allow tight muscles to warm up and gently begin to stretch and move.
Yin is a slower paced style of yoga, where poses are held for up to five minutes to allow a slow opening of the muscles and connective tissues throughout the body. This class incorporates deep breathing and meditation to stimulate circulation and increase mobility and flexibility.
Nothing is as freeing to the body and spirit as listening to some good Reggae music! Combine that with flowing vinyasa yoga and a little freestyle movement and you have an uplifting and energizing class. This class is good for the mind, body and soul!
